Terms & Conditions – The Physio GenX

By booking a session or using services from The Physio GenX, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services

We provide in-home physiotherapy services in Bangalore. Services include (but are not limited to): pain relief, post-op care, neuro rehab, sports injury management, dry cupping, needling, and manual therapy.

2. Appointments & Booking

  • Appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, or our website.
  • Therapist availability is subject to confirmation.
  • A caregiver or family member may be present during sessions if needed.

3. Consent to Treatment

By scheduling an appointment, you give your informed consent to receive physiotherapy treatment at home from a certified professional. You agree to provide accurate health information and follow medical advice to the best of your ability.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You must cancel or reschedule at least 6 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations within 6 hours may be charged partially or in full, depending on the situation.
  • In case the therapist cannot make it, a full reschedule or refund will be offered.

5. Package-Based Terms

  • Packages (e.g., 5, 10, or monthly sessions) are offered at discounted rates.
  • All package sessions must be utilized within the validity period discussed at the time of purchase.
  • Sessions not used within the validity period will not be refunded or extended, unless due to verified medical issues or emergencies.

6. Payment Terms

  • All service charges are communicated clearly before the session.
  • Payment methods accepted: UPI, bank transfer.
  • For packages, full advance payment is required to activate discounts.

7. Patient Responsibility

  • Patients must disclose relevant medical history before treatment.
  • Any incorrect or incomplete disclosure may impact outcomes and liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

While our therapists follow the highest standards, The Physio GenX is not responsible for:

  • Any complication due to false/incomplete health information
  • Failure to follow prescribed exercises or advice
  • Pre-existing conditions that affect recovery

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these policies occasionally. Users are encouraged to review them periodically. Continued use of our service implies acceptance of the latest terms.
